You would be responsible for managing rental properties on behalf of clients. You would market properties, select tenants, draw up letting agreements and respond to requests by tenants - for example, to deal with repairs.

Working with a team of letting negotiators you'll run the lettings office with full accountability for results and people whilst advancing the service standards of the Company and abiding by company policy and statutory legislation.
